All orders are printed and prepared within 48 hours. This includes custom proxy cards, bundles, and full deck upgrades. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These estimates are provided by the carriers and may vary based on destination, customs, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Lightweight proxy orders typically qualify for low-cost or economy shipping options.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damage-Free Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, bent, or incorrect, we will reprint and ship replacements free of charge. Simply contact us at support@jetjockeyrc.com with a photo of the issue.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or fails to arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us. After confirming the delay or loss with the carrier, we will reprint and reship your order at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We cannot predict or control these fees.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
